Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using the services provided by East Coast Softwash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Area

East Coast Softwash provides exterior cleaning services within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and surrounding areas in Nova Scotia, Canada. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our standard operating area.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by East Coast Softwash are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Our minimum dispatch fee for any service is $297 CAD. Final pricing is contingent upon an in-person inspection of the property. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes significantly from the initial assessment.

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of our service, you must notify us within 48 hours of job completion. We will return to correct the issue at no additional charge. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will refund your payment for that specific service.

5. Seasonal Limitations & Scheduling

Due to the climate in Nova Scotia, we do not perform cold water washing services between November and March. Hot water commercial washing may still be available during these months depending on weather conditions. We do not schedule residential washes on statutory holidays.

6. Property Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring all windows and doors are fully closed and locked prior to our arrival. Vehicles should be moved from driveways if requested, and fragile outdoor items must be secured. East Coast Softwash is not liable for water intrusion due to improperly sealed windows/doors or damage to items left in the designated work area.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for commercial contracts. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
